Yeah the RE003 are 3x$195
Same, 225/40R18 on mine, 235/40R18 which matches Commodore/Falcons was a solid 30-80$ tyre cheaper depending on brand/model

yes, but you can't compare them in price though. Of course there is going to be a difference when you aren't comparing tyres in the same target range.
Not worth the money I reckon. I don't find the bridgestones noisy, the tread blocks are pretty closed, and performance wise, the RE003 will be more than enough tyre for the nopics car. Id probably save the money, you aren't going to get an extra 25% life out of the PS4's compared to the RE003's.

Redux ... 2 of the 4 15yo tyres shredded on the tyre-removal machine while they were fitting my set for $685. So I think I was pretty lucky!
That seems like good value to me, the nowhere-near-as-good Falkens were more than that 15 years ago.
Soft roaders represent an excellent compromise between the needs of the hardcore 4x4 user and the convenience of a city hatchback. Its clear to see why they have become so popular in todays society.
Anyone used Bridgestone RE71R yet?
I'm wondering if they're as good as Advan AD08R

Yup, only through Motorsport dealers, so will be rather pricey at a guess.
