LS Coil leads - all the same?

Gents, got myself into a little bit of a pickle and managed to destroy one of the leads on the VZ. Need a replacement ASAP but local speed shop only has leads to suit an LS1. MSD website says different part numbers for LS1 and LS2/LS3/L98 ETC.

    What gives?

    Maybe insulation thickness?

AFAIK shouldn’t be a difference, buy some sexy red msd leads if they are cheaper than oem vz style red ones

They’re all the same except for slight differences in the lengths. 6.0/6.2 stuff was slightly longer than 5.7 stuff

I have no idea Ash. I did a google and ended up on the HSV forums where people were arguing about resistance being different....felt like bashing my head off the wall lol. Just need something in there asap.

Nah I just use the 6.0 ones on everything, they’re like 10mm longer.

Should be readily available at any Holden Parts Department if there's a stealership near you.
